who is the R.A.C.E. Fit and Fun team?

We are a boutique style group fitness, personal training, and youth wellness team that utilizes body-weight resistance, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and aerobic style movement to burn calories, trim inches, and build muscle. Our children are exposed to beginner level HIIT and aerobics to improve their endurance and encourage regular activity. For younger children, 6-months to 3-years, we provide a soft-play space and creative expression classes.

  • 20 x 3 is a group fitness class that incorporates 20-minutes of stretching , abs, and back, 20-minutes of strength training, and 20-minutes of cardio conditioning
  • L.L.A.B.S. is a group fitness class that focuses on Limberness, Longevity, Agility, Balance, and Stability
  • BARRE is a group fitness class that incorporates the use of the ballet barre as a way to improve strength and flexibility
  • Rhythm and Sweat is a group fitness class that focuses on endurance, rhythm, heart rate, and burning calories and fat utilizing dance styles such as Salsa, Ballroom, and Hip Hop
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) is a group fitness class that is designed to burn double the normal amount of calories, building muscle, and lose weight
  • Ringing The Bell is a group fitness class that utilizes the kettlebell to build cardio, strength, flexibility; while focusing primarily on the lower back, legs, shoulders, and grip strength
  • Silver Sneakers is a group fitness program designed primarily with the senior citizen in mind. It is great for strength, range of motion, flexibility, balance, and agility
  • Jazzed Up Boxing is a group fitness program that fuses boxing, martial arts, and hip hop beats to encourage weight loss, cardio conditioning, and rhythm
  • Personal Training offers a one-on-one experience allowing for you to focus solely on what is most important
  • Soft Play and Roll is a group class for children ages 6-months to 3-years to help improve balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and social skills
  • Youth Group is a fitness program for children between the ages of 4-years and 11-years designed to promote activeness and prevent childhood obesity
